SACF FIBRES

GENERAL:

  The SACF fiber that is empoldered and produced by ourselves is a new style of mulriple friction fiber, from which the asbestos has been eliminated and it contains Nano. Its full name is: Sanitize-Asbestos compound fibers, called SACF for short. Our yearly output of friction material is 8000 tons

  We have SACF-Ⅰ、SACF-Ⅱ;It not only confirms to the Q/3200SWC01-2006 standard but also approves the ISO 9001-2000 authentication. As a new environmental fiber, the SACF fiber is mainly used for replacing the traditional asbestos fiber and expensive Kevlar pulur fiber.

1. The character of SACF fiber
  The SACF fiber winnows nonmetal mineral materials .It is aided by some special techniques such as melting in high temperature ,surface activation ,organic treatment and high speed mix, drying as well as refining with some Nano composite materials .This product is nonpolluting .It specially designs by the basal demand of enhanced fiber ,which is originally needed for the frictional material .It is steady and of well thermal endurance .It has all the characteristics a enhanced fiber should have , which is made by frictional material.


The character as followed
  (1) The fiber’s ratio surface area is very big and similar to villus, so its absorptive capacity is very good.
  (2) After coupling treatment on the fibers’ surface, the bounding capacity is improved. It could be well combined with resins and other components and could ever stay with the co-worker of frictional material.

  (3) The fiber (tie) with cling to damping agent, the damping agent can reduced cohesion of fiber(tie) ,so it has excellent scattering properties. When falling across outside force, it is not easy to curl or conglobation, showing good dispersibility and wear resistance.
  (4) In order to meet the clients’ requests for the outline, we can change the L/D by controlling the diameter and the length of the fiber.
  (5) The SCAF fiber has high thermal resistance, which increases the fiber resisting quality of the frictional material.
  (6) The steady chemical composition of SACF fiber can obviously increase the useful life of brake disk.
  (7) AS a new style mulriple frictional fiber that eliminates Nano in the asbestos ,it has the most predominance on price both in domestic and abroad .In the meantime ,it is also a frictional enhanced fiber that specializes in environmental protection .It is canonized by frictional material experts and receives recognition from domestic and abroad customers.

   3. SACF’s CHEMICAL COMPOSITION

   SiO2 45 – 60%       Al2O3 16 -20%
   Cao+MgO3 24 - 28%    Fe2O 5 - 6%
   Na3O+K2O 3 - 4%     Content Carbon 6 -8%

   4.THE APPLICATION HINTS OF SCAF

   (1) The  principle of  the SACF-Ⅱ is “the equivalent substitute” ,it can instead of Kevlar Pulur to do the prescription of the friction materials. SACF-Ⅰ is the new enhanced fiber which used in the brake lining for heavy or light car. The dosage is only the 68%-78% of the traditional asbestos fiber.  It shows more advantage in its capability and price.

   (2) Mix the blending , the rev of the ordinary high speed blender ,s mainframe is higher than 700r.p.m, it is more propitious to its spread around.
